ABOUT ME
My name is Ray Chappell, and I'm 54 years old. After 20 years of working at my job, my position was eliminated. I was suddenly thrown into unemployment, with nothing to fall back on. I decided to give yoga a try; I needed something to help relieve stress and tension, and encourage mindful thinking and positivity. It only took me one class to realize that this was going to be something that changed my life.

ABOUT MY PRACTICE
I started practicing in June 2015, began my certificate training in October 2015, and by May 2016 I had graduated with my Hatha and Restorative certificates. My goal is to offer physical and mental conditioning programs that suit the health needs and fitness experiences of everyone. I want to help you develop the appropriate skills to ease and calm your mind, body, and soul. Through meditation, breathing techniques and postures, you will feel completely re-energized and live in a calming state of gratitude.
One thing that is also important to me, is helping others feel comfortable in their practice, no matter their body type or what level they're at. I don't have the stereotypical yoga body and I may not be as flexible as other yogi's, but I stepped out of my comfort zone and just went for it. It improved my life, and I would love the opportunity to improve yours.
